1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. We provide professional services in Android App Development, Web Development, Server Management, Payment Gateway Integration, and Payment Gateway Development.

2. Project Requirements

Clients must provide clear project requirements, necessary access, and all required information before the project starts. Any additional requirements after project approval may require extra time and cost.

3. Payment Terms

• A partial or full advance payment may be required before starting the project.
• The remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed milestones or before final delivery.
• Payment gateway-related services may include third-party charges, which are the client’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Time

Project delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client response time. Delays in providing resources or feedback may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Revisions

Revisions are provided based on the agreed project scope. Major changes or additional features outside the original scope may be charged separately.

6. Server Management Responsibility

For server management services, clients must ensure valid access credentials are provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers, hardware failures, or unauthorized access by others.

7. Payment Gateway Services

Payment gateway integration and development depend on third-party provider policies and API availability. Approval, account verification, or restrictions by payment providers are beyond our control.

8. Support & Maintenance

Support and maintenance services will be provided based on the agreed package or contract. Free support (if included) will be limited to the agreed duration.

9. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the final project ownership will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Source code or custom systems may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

10. Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work or used development time are non-refundable. Refund eligibility depends on project status and agreement.

11. Confidentiality

All client data, credentials, and project information will be kept confidential and used only for project purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial loss, business interruption, third-party service failure, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the project/service with prior notice. Any completed work up to the termination date must be paid for.
