Once the project has started and resources have been allocated, payments made are non-refundable.
Any advance payment made for project initiation, planning, or resource allocation is non-refundable.

If a project is canceled by the client after partial completion, only the remaining unused amount may be considered for refund after deducting the completed work cost.
Payments made for third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateway provider fees, API subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable as they are controlled by external providers.
Custom-built software, applications, or payment systems are non-refundable once development has started because of the time and effort involved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
