Refund Policy

We value our clients and aim to provide high-quality services in Android App Development, Web Development, Server Management, Payment Gateway Integration, and Payment Gateway Development. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. No Refund After Work Started

Once the project has started and resources have been allocated, payments made are non-refundable.

2. Advance Payment

Any advance payment made for project initiation, planning, or resource allocation is non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The project has not been started yet.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own limitations.

4. Partial Refund

If a project is canceled by the client after partial completion, only the remaining unused amount may be considered for refund after deducting the completed work cost.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateway provider fees, API subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable as they are controlled by external providers.

6. Custom Development

Custom-built software, applications, or payment systems are non-refundable once development has started because of the time and effort involved.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
